1. Refunds (App Orders Only)

If you place an order through the Coconature mobile app, any refund request must be submitted directly to Coconature via email.

Refunds may only be provided in reasonable circumstances (for example, incorrect orders, payment errors, or service issues), and all requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds cannot be processed through in-store staff or third-party platforms.

2. Loyalty Stamp Card Program

Coconature offers a digital Loyalty Stamp Card program.

Once you collect ten (10) stamps, you may redeem them for: One (1) Medium Signature Coconut Smoothie.

Please note:

Coconature reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time in accordance with applicable law.
